The VC-Z Series High-Precision Vise is manufactured from high-strength alloy tool steel SKS2 and undergoes high-temperature heat treatment to achieve a hardness of HRC 58–60. This ensures excellent wear resistance and structural stability, making it ideal for long-duration, high-precision clamping applications. The surfaces are precision-ground to maintain geometric accuracy during operation, ensuring both parallelism and perpendicularity within 0.005 mm per 100 mm.
This series is specifically designed to minimize workpiece lifting during machining. With its optimized structural design, it effectively enhances clamping stability and positioning accuracy. In addition, the distance between the sliding block and the main body can be quickly adjusted without disassembling any components, significantly improving operational efficiency and ease of use.
The VC-Z Series is available in multiple sizes (VC-20-Z, VC-25-Z, VC-30-Z) to accommodate various clamping requirements.
