MECHANICAL EDGE FINDER

Instructions：

1. Rotation speed 600 ~ 800 rpm. 

Turn the handwheel ( in μm ) forward to the machining objects and touch it slowly.  

2. Make the measureing end not vibrate, as it is like in stationary state, 

3. Move it in a more slightly and touch it again, measuring end will slip aside

The point begins to slip aside is the starting point and the reference position.

The object location pluses the radius of measuring end is coordinates centre.

Electronic EDGE FINDER  - OP

Warning: do not make the spindle turn during using OP- series

1. Turn the handwheel ( in μm ) forward to the machining objects and contact it slowly.

2.Turn Backward after the edge finder light up and contact the object.

3.Repeat above 2 steps few times to determine the exact position.

(The correct postion won't make the device lights up.)

OP- series are processed rustproofing, which can extend the lifespan of device.
