Features:
Ø present vise each track by
precision machining and polishing process for Li / precision
machining of the machining center Integrated milling cutting horizontal use.
Ø vise body spheroidal graphite cast
material used and high ductility of (FCD600) , this station via the
sliding surface hardening heat treatment (of HRC50 [deg.]) , To
ensure high-precision, high wear resistance, high tensile strength.
Ø The fixed
block and sliding block are made of steel and heat-treated above HRC50° ,
with high hardness and wear resistance. Users can add or replace different
specifications of the tiger plate according to the processing needs.
Ø This clamping vise can be used in
four different ways.
Ø Unique segmented
pressure-increasing mechanism design (patent design), four pressure-increasing
channels can be adjusted, the most suitable pressure can be adjusted for
different workpieces or processing methods, and it has the characteristics of
rapid pressure increase and high clamping force ( up to 5500kgf) .
Ø
present vise with anti chip design prevents access to the interior vise
iron filings and prolong life.
Ø
body height of the vise given Jie-inch size ( D ), more than
one can be used simultaneously.
